Adam and Eve were deceived in the Garden of Eden by the serpent that is the beast of Revelation. Because of what they did, following that deception, they were banished from the Garden. What did they do that was so bad? They did nothing other than what the Christian churches teach and preach. Adam and Eve were simply keeping ‚church doctrine‘, which tells us that we don’t need to keep God’s Old Testament laws, we can ignore them, and we will "surely not die" – even though Jesus spoke contrary to those doctrines.
