Mr. Anwer Ahmed was born in Dhaka, Bangladesh, on October 28, 1944. In the year 1967, he graduated from the University of Dhaka with a bachelor of commerce degree with honors. Then he joined Pakistan Air Force. He learned reciting the Qur’an and acquired Islamic knowledge during his captivity as a prisoner of war at Shagai Ford in the northwestern Pakistan. He repatriated to his native country, Bangladesh, in 1975 as a flying officer; and soon after, he migrated to the United States. It was in the United States that his student life started again; he earned his bachelor of science degree in accounting and finished his MBA in finance. He became an expert in federal government finance and accounting with the certification of Certified Government Financial Manager. He has in his credit twenty-five years of well-blended experience in all facets of federal financial and managerial accounting.
This book is his first endeavor, and he intends to write more in future.
