David Tuohy is an uilleann piper who completed a Masters in Ethnomusicology at the University of Limerick. He works as a teacher in County Kilkenny, IrelandDr. Mícheál Ó hAodha works as a Lecturer (part-time) at the University of Limerick where he lectures on a number of English, History and Social Studies courses incorporating Traveller, Roma and Migration Studies. He has published many books about the cultural history and postcolonial literature of a number of different (traditionally nomadic) groups within the Irish Traveller community. His publications in this area include: The Candlelight Painter (2004); Parley-Poet and Chanter (2004); Canting with Cauley (2005) and Irish Travellers: Representations and Realities (2006).
