Rosalind Levačić is Emerita Professor of Economics and Finance of Education at the UCL Institute of Education. She works as a teacher, researcher and consultant on school finance. As a consultant she has worked on school financing reforms, mainly as a short-term consultant for the World Bank. And also inn many East European countries and in Asia. In 2019 she reviewed school grant policies in Madagascar.
