Kevin is excited because his favorite dog Bella has just given birth to a new set of puppies while he was at school. Rushing outside to see them, he is surprised to see a blue puppy in the mix. Since he can talk to animals, he tries to get Bella’s attention, but she is snoring away and can’t be disturbed. With Bella is asleep, he can’t ask her what is going on and he decides to investigate the situation to figure out why one puppy is blue and none of the others are on his own.
