Peter Black is a priest of the Archdiocese of Perth and professor of moral theology in the School of Philosophy and Theology at the University of Notre Dame in Fremantle, Western Australia. He has published articles on moral theology in international theological journals. He holds a doctorate in sacred theology (STD) from the Alphonsian Academy in Rome.
