Sobre el autor

Rachel Lewis Ph D C.Psychol is a registered occupational psychologist and a course director the Business and Occupational Psychology MSc programmes at Kingston Business School. She has had five years teaching on Occupational Psychology programmes at a number of universities including Goldsmiths, University of London, City University London, Nottingham University, Aston University, Loughborough University and London Metropolitan University. Her key research area is in leadership and health, and has published in both academic and professional journals, scholarly books, and at national and international conferences. Rachel is also the director of Affinity Health at Work, a niche occupational health psychology consultancy, where she conducts consultancy work and organizational research in the area of employee health and well-being.
