The author is, above all, a proud mother of six beautiful children.
She has studied in a variety of disciplines such as psychology, counselling, theology, cognitive behavioral therapy, criminology and holistic therapies. This has allowed her to examine and question the possibilities of the mind, body and soul.
Life experience has taken her around the world, working and living amongst desperate poverty, and there she found the great beauty of life. She has an eternal interest in the human emotional plight to survive and find peace.
This author is an experienced therapist and has spent her career working with people to heal an move forward from traumatic experiences or significant heartache. She continues to walk along side people who are experiencing difficult times in their life. She is so utterly privileged to have met some of the most amazing people along the way.
