Sobre el autor

Gao Peiyong is a member of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. He is currently the vice president of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and member of Committee of Economy of the CPPCC National Committee. He is also a member of the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council and vice Chairman of Sun Yefang Economic Science Foundation. He has served as an assistant to the President of Renmin University of China, the director of Institute of Finance and Trade Economics, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, the president of Institute of Financial Strategy, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and the director of Institute of Economics, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. The academic field is mainly financial economics, mainly focusing on fiscal and tax theory research, fiscal and tax policy analysis, etc.
