John D. Donahue and
Richard J. Zeckhauser both teach at the Harvard Kennedy School–Zeckhauser economics and analytics, Donahue public management and business-government relations. Donahue chairs Harvard»s Master in Public Policy program and held senior roles in the Clinton administration.
