Dr. S.K. Mathur did his M.Sc. and Ph.D. degree in chemistry from University of Rajasthan, jaipur in 1966 and 1980 respectively. He joined Agricultural department in 1966 as a Research assistant and in 2002 retired as Deputy Director of Agriculture Research (Quality Control of Pesticides) Krishi Bhawan, Bikaner. He has contributed more than 160 research papers in various national & international journals and repute. He has more than 100 technical report and author of one book entitled» Advances in Resource management of Indian Desert». He has participated in number of national and international seminar, symposia and conferences He was appointed as senior consultant in Agricultural Finance Corporation, New Delhi for various studies. He is fellow of Indian Society of Salinity Research Scientist and Indian Society of Desert Technology. He is working as resource person for ETV Rajasthan. Dr. M.L. Soni did his M.Sc. (Ag.) and Ph.D. (Soil Science) from CCS Haryana Agricultural University, Hisar. He has worked on Manganese availability in sodic soil under UNDP programme. Presently he is working as Soil Scientist in Central Arid Zone Research Institute, Regional Research Station, Bikaner and actively engaged in management of soil resources in arid Rajasthan. He has a number of research papers in national and international journals. He has a one book «Technique for integrated watershed development» and several book chapters to his credit. He has worked in various national projects sponsored by Indian Council of Agricultural Research.
