Samantha M Davey is a Lecturer in Law at the University of Essex. She has experience teaching Family Law, Child Law, Property Law, Law of Tort and Legal Skills. She has also worked previously as a teaching fellow at Queen Mary, University of London and as a lecturer at Anglia Ruskin University in Chelmsford and Cambridge. Samantha»s research focuses primarily on adoption law, with a particular interest in adoptions which take place without parental consent. She also works as an external examiner and as an author.
