Tamara Kovziridze is co-founder of Reformatics in Tbilisi. She holds a Masters degree from the University of Heidelberg and a Ph D from the Free University of Brussels. Her research interests include economic regulations, European integration and federalism. In 2004-2012, she held senior positions in the Government of Georgia, including as negotiator with the WTO and EU.
