Dr.V.Bindhu received the B.E degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Bharathair University, Coimbatore, in 2002, M.E. Degree in Applied Electronics from Anna University, Chennai, in 2007 and Ph D Degree from Anna University, Chennai, in 2014. She has 11 years of teaching experience and 6 years of research experience. Currently, she is a professor at PPG Institute of Technology, Coimbatore. Her area of interest includes signal processing and VLSI design.
João Manuel R. S. Tavares graduated in Mechanical Engineering at the Universidade do Porto, Portugal in 1992. He also earned his M.Sc. degree and Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Universidade do Porto in 1995 and 2001 and attained his Habilitation in Mechanical Engineering in 2015. He is a senior researcher at the Instituto de Ciência e Inovação em Engenharia Mecânica e Engenharia Industrial (INEGI) and an associate professor at the Department of Mechanical Engineering (DEMec)of the Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto (FEUP).
Dr. Chandrasekar Vuppalapati is a software IT executive with diverse experience in software technologies, enterprise software architectures, cloud computing, big data business analytics, Internet of things (Io T), and software product and program management. Chandra held engineering and product leadership roles at GE Healthcare, Cisco Systems, Samsung, Deloitte, St. Jude Medical, and Lucent Technologies, Bell Laboratories Company. Chandra teaches software engineering, mobile computing, cloud technologies, and web and data mining for Master’s program in San Jose State University. Additionally, Chandra held market research, strategy and technology architecture advisory roles in Cisco Systems, Lam Research, and performed a principal investigator role for Valley School of Nursing where he connected nursing educators and students with virtual reality technologies. Chandra has functioned as a chair in numerous technologyand advanced computing conferences such as: IEEE Oxford, UK, IEEE Big Data Services 2017, San Francisco, USA, and Future of Information and Communication Conference 2018, Singapore. Chandra graduated from San Jose State University Master’s Program, specializing in software engineering, and completed his Master of Business Administration from Santa Clara University, Santa Clara, California, USA.
