He attended the Caribbean Meteorological Institute in Barbados where he majored and specialized in weather forecasting. He has written and published 14 books on hurricanes and contributed questions on hurricanes for ‘Who Wants to Be A Millionaire” and was featured in the NOVA/PBS Documentary “Killer Hurricanes, ” and his latest book was featured in National Geographic.
