Abu Zahrim Yaser is the Deputy Dean of Research and Innovation and Head of the Waste Management Committee at Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS). He obtained his Ph D from Swansea University. He has published 1 book, 8 book chapters and more than 70 peer-reviewed technical papers, is a visiting scientist at the University of Hull, and an associate member of the Institution of Chemical Engineers (United Kingdom).
