Donald W. Benbow is a principal at Iowa Quality Systems. For nearly 30 years, he has conducted industrial statistics courses for employees of approximately 100 companies. Previously he taught mathematics, statistics, and quality assurance courses at Marshalltown Community College. He holds BS and MS degrees in mathematics from Iowa State and Michigan State. He is an ASQ Certified Quality Auditor, Certified Quality Technician, Certified Quality Engineer, and Certified Reliability Engineer. He is coauthor
