The Nursing Narratives project aimed to collate the experiences of racism by healthcare workers during the pandemic and previously in their place of work in order to encourage reflection and advocate for change. Each chapter recounts an individual’s personal experience with the overall aim of empowering others, including providing white allies with a deep understanding of how racism operates within healthcare and how they can make progressive changes in their practice.
