A propos de l’auteur

Professor Rose-Marie Belle Antoine has held the role of Pro Vice-Chancellor Graduate Studies & Research at the University of the West Indies since 2021. She was previously the Inaugural Head of the Special Unit on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights at the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR), an autonomous organ of the Organization of American States (OAS) and also served as Rapporteur on Indigenous Peoples between 2013 and 2015. Professor Antoine has been President of the Family Planning Association of Trinidad and Tobago since 2015.
