This book features papers of prominent representatives of the German coaching scene on the professional development of this counseling format. The book thereby offers guidelines for practicing professionals and for scientists as well as for potential users of coaching. Coaching is, after all, developing rapidly. The number and the variety of offers, fields of application, concepts and issues have become hard to keep track of.
