Her latest book is Understanding Equal Opportunities and Diversity.

KATE WHITE is Adjunct Research Associate, Centre for Women’s Studies and Gender Research, Monash University, Australia, and Coordinator of the eight-country Women in Higher Education Management Network. She has published 12 books. Her current research interests are gender and higher education and women’s academic careers.
