The book is intended to be used as a professional reference by practitioners in governmental and nongovernmental organizations worldwide. The book is also intended to be used as a text by students of environmental science, environmental communication and environmental education.
A propos de l’auteur
Dr. Tyson has about 30 years academic and applied experience planning, implementing and evaluating education and communication programs/projects primarily focused on agricultural and environmental issues. He is Professor in the Department of Communication at Central Connecticut State University where he teaches courses in strategic public communication, persuasion/social influence, public relations, environmental communication, group/team communication, and research methods. He has worked both long- and short-term assignments in east and southern Africa, throughout the West Indies, and in New Zealand.
