David V. Loertscher is a Professor at San Jose State University’s School of Library and Information Science, where he manages the school library media teacher credential program. He also has taught at Purdue University, Oklahoma University, and the University of Arkansas, where he was the program director. He has spoken at library and education conferences around the world including the International Association of School Librarianship, IFLA, and ALISE.
