Ms. Brown retired from the Department of Homeland Security. She was born in Detroit, Michigan. And then, move to Lake Providane, Louisiana and live there for 18 months. She moved to Oakland, CA when she was 7 years old. Ms. Brown, currently lives in the Bay Area.
