Francesca Raffi holds a PhD in Audiovisual Translation and is currently Lecturer in English Language and Translation at the University of Macerata, Italy. She is a research team member of the Full Access to Cultural Spaces (FACS) project at the University of Macerata, and a member of the European Association for the Study of Screen Translation, the International Association for Translation and Intercultural Studies, the Subtitlers » Association, the European Society for Translation Studies, and Associazione Italiana di Anglistica.
