Eliza Applegate is a writer, reader, gardener, wife, mother, and home cook who resides in central Texas with her husband and son. She earned her undergraduate degree from East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, Tennessee, and an MALS degree from Hollins University in Roanoke, Virginia. This is her second published book. She is currently at work on a third cookbook as part of a series written from a Christian perspective.
