Harish Garg, Ph D, is an associate professor at Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, Deemed University, Patiala, Punjab, India. His research interests include soft computing, decision-making, aggregation operators, evolutionary algorithm, expert systems, and decision support systems. He has published more than 300 papers published in refereed international journals. Dr. Garg is the Editor-in-Chief of Annals of Optimization Theory and Practice. R N Thakur, Ph D, is a senior lecturer in the Information Technology Department, Lord Buddha Education Foundation (LBEF), Kathmandu, Nepal. He has published about 20 research articles in various journals.
