SUDHIR DIXIT, Ph D, is the Director of Hewlett-Packard
Laboratories India, an Adjunct Professor of Computer Science at the
University of California, Davis (2009-2012), and a Docent in
Broadband Mobile Communications for Emerging Economies at the
