David M. Wasieleski is an associate professor in the Palumbo-Donahue School of Business at Duquesne University, and chair of the Management and Marketing Department. David completed his doctorate in Business Environment and Public Policy in the Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh. He received a BA in Economics and a Certificate Degree in Accounting from Pitt, and an MBA from Duquesne University.His academic research focuses on natural science approaches to understanding ethical decision-making and the formation of social contracts within organizational contexts. He also studies the effects of cognitive biases and moral intensity on perceptions of ethical issues.
