A propos de l’auteur
Danielle O’Shaughnessy, MD, FACOG is a practicing Urogynecologist in Eastern Long Island. Dr. O’Shaughnessy earned her MD from the State University of New York, Downstate Medical Center, in Brooklyn. She then completed a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Northwell Health System, and continued in the Northwell Health System to complete a fellowship in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery. After fellowship, she joined Northwell Physician Partners. Her research interested include optimizing a surgical graft material for use in prolapse and incontinence. She currently serves as the Research Director for the Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship at Northwell Health as well as Assistant Professor in Department of OB/GYN Donald and Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell. Dr. O’Shaughnessy is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Urogynecologic Society and American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
