Joshua J. Whitfield is a Catholic priest living in Dallas, Texas. A married priest and father of five, he is the pastor of St. Rita Catholic Community. A regular contributor for The Dallas Morning News, Our Sunday Visitor, and other publications, he is also the author of numerous books including Pilgrim Holiness: Martyrdom as Descriptive Witness and The Crisis of Bad Preaching: Redeeming the Heart and Way of the Catholic Preacher.
