A propos de l’auteur
Hello, my name is Julie Burton. I was raised in North Philadelphia by my wonderful parents, Carl Burton and the late Mrs. Doris Cranshaw Burton.
My parents had innumerable talents; however, I am fortunate to have inherited my father’s artistic talent and my mother’s expertise for writing. In fact, she used to say, ‘If you can say it, you can write it.’
My coworkers at the school district of Philadelphia said, ‘You want to write children’s books, then you should.’
In 2012 I wrote and illustrated my first children’s book, “The Miracle of the Missing Puppies.”
