During my career as a project manager and generally in computer science, I was often confronted with the difficulty of choosing the correct strategy. The right strategy and their consistent implementation is a key point that helps projects to be implemented and a company to be successful. Based on all these experiences, I have decided to bring my experiences together in a book. My education in business administration and IT project management was a great benefit to get this goal. With this book, I want to give an introduction to the complex field of business strategy and the associated difficulties.
