Maggie Mc Laughlins personal journey to wellness, after confronting serious health challenges, provides invaluable knowledge into ways to initiate healing and restore wellness for many chronic and serious health concerns. Cognitive Energy Healing, a spiritually inspired healing modality, came to Maggie at a time when conventional approaches to healing were failing her. This holistic practice is founded on the premise that the body knows how to heal itself and will do so when freed of energy blockages to healing. CEH provides a natural, non-invasive way to release these blockages caused by physical and/or emotional trauma, which can manifest as pain, autoimmune diseases and epigenetically caused diseases as well as other physical and mental disorders. Once the process is initiated, the bodys healing occurs in a surprisingly timely fashion. Maggie is a much traveled wife, mother, teacher, artist, writer and healer. She is an alumna of the University of New Brunswick, and resides in Fredericton Canada, a small, beautiful city along the St. John River.
