Working from a nonidentitarian paradigm, Brettschneider uses a Jewish critical lens to discuss the ways different politically salient identity signifiers cocreate and mutually constitute each other. Marla Brettschneider is Professor of Political Theory, with a joint appointment in the Politics and Feminist Studies Departments, at the University of New Hampshire. She is the editor of Jewcy: Jewish Queer Lesbian Feminisms for the Twenty-First Century and author of Jewish Feminism and Intersectionality, both also published by SUNY Press.
