Sozialräume sind eine zentrale Bezugsgröße in der Arbeit mit Menschen mit Behinderung. Eine Zuwendung zum Sozialraum stellt Leistungserbringer vor komplexe Aufgaben. Eine dieser Aufgaben ist die Mit-Gestaltung inklusiver Sozialräume. In der Praxis zeigt sich, dass es für Leistungserbringer herausfordernd ist, spezifische Strategien zur Förderung sozialräumlicher Inklusion zu entwickeln. Ebendiese Herausforderung wird in diesem Werk aufgegriffen. Durch Anwendung von Instrumenten der strategischen Planung wird aufgezeigt, wie spezifische Strategien zur Mit-Gestaltung inklusiver Sozialräume durch Leistungserbringer in der Arbeit mit Menschen mit Behinderung unter besonderer Beachtung der Perspektiven von Menschen mit Behinderung entwickelt werden können.

The social environment is a core reference in the work with people with disabilities. A focus on the social environment is a complex task of health care providers. One of these tasks is the co-creation of the social environment. In the field health care providers experience difficulties when trying to develop strategies for promoting inclusion in a social environment. These difficulties are addressed in this book. By using instruments of strategic planning this book wants to show health care providers how specific strategies for the co-creation of the social environment can be developed while maintaining a focus on the perspective of people with disabilities.
