Megan Fuciarelli, a passionate human who believes that change starts with self, started her career as a teacher and left the educational environment as a school superintendent to launch US² after realizing that conversations around social justice reform needed to be had in more deliberate and non-polarizing fashions. Her impactful TEDx Talk and worldwide speaking engagements emphasize her approach of swapping guilt, shame, and blame for empathy and understanding.
