He is the author of Nuclear Movies, editor of Hibakusha Cinema: Hiroshima, Nagasaki, and the Nuclear Image in Japanese Film, and coeditor of Trauma, Media, Art: New Perspectives and Interrogating Trauma: Collective Suffering in Global Art and Media.
