He is the holder of a BSC in Management Studies, a postgraduate diploma in Mediation, and a master of Letters in Family Life Education.Mr. Ryan worked in the church for a number of years and held leadership positions such as youth leader, director of caravan, Sunday school teacher, carnival camp director, and worship leader.He worked with the Division of Community Development for twenty-two years. During that period, he worked with hundreds of communities across Trinidad, where he provided astute leadership in the office and in the communities.
