A propos de l’auteur
Paul Edwards is Professor of Industrial Relations and Deputy Director, Industrial Relations Research Unit, University of Warwick, UK. His previous publications include Conflict at Work (1986), Managing the Factory (1987) and Attending to Work (1993). He is a Fellow of the British Academy, and edited the journal Work, Employment and Society from 1996 to 1998.
