Petra von Straks, 1965 in Mannheim geboren, veröffentlich seit nahezu zwanzig Jahren Romane in unterschiedlichen Genres. Bereits in ihrer Schulzeit interessierte sich die Vielleserin besonders für die englische Geschichte.
