Philip C. Aka is professor and former Dean of the Faculty of Law at the International University of Sarajevo. In spring 2020, Aka was a visiting professor at the Southern Illinois University School of Law, USA. He is the author of the award-winning book
Human Rights in Nigeria’s External Relations: Building the Record of a Moral Superpower (2017).


Joseph Abiodun Balogun is retired Distinguished Professor and former Dean, College of Health Sciences, Chicago State University. Dr. Balogun is a Visiting Professor and Program Consultant at the Center of Excellence in Reproductive Health Innovation, University of Benin, Nigeria. His most recent publications include The Nigerian Healthcare System: Pathway to Universal and High-Quality Healthcare (Springer Nature, 2022); Health Professions in Nigeria: An Interdisciplinary Analysis (Palgrave Macmillan, 2021); and Healthcare Education in Nigeria: Evolutions and Emerging Paradigms (2020).
