The mystery unfolds when Jack Harrison, a retired intelligence agent, leaves London for the quiet and seclusion of Tasmania where he hopes to revive and restore his injured mind and body. In his teens he was keenly interested in Roman archaeology, which has led to a lifelong interest in history, old documents and ancient maps. He is now living in Tasmania Australia with his wife, and family.
