In this absurdly hilarious and satirical science fiction adventure, farmer and geneticist Wendell Swinehut creates larger than life crickets and inadvertently, larger than life swamp monsters.

Wendell Swinehut just wanted a cheap replacement for livestock protein. He used DNA infusion to grow 5-pound crickets. Unfortunately, some of those crickets escaped into the Rose Hill swamp and were eaten by predators large and small. The predators, now infused with the same titanic growth potential, began to grow to dangerous sizes and wreak havoc on the Rose Hill countryside. In the town, Men exposed to the infusion tissue have sudden and uncomfortable growth spurts for that special part of their anatomy, causing a bit of martial discord. The confused and frustrated citizens of Rose Hill accuse Wendell of playing God. Until, of course, God steps in.

In this outlandish adventure for ages 12 and up, ordinary people battle against extraordinary circumstances that challenge their sanity, safety, and intimacy. FOODCHAIN offers a whacky and fun escape for teens and adults who love a good satirical adventure where anything can happen, and God plays God. Perfect for fans of eccentric science fiction and crazy fantasy scenarios, FOODCHAIN whisks readers away on a hilarious, insightful, and horrifying joy ride.
