Robert Busch wurde am 17. Oktober 1984 in Offenbach, Main geboren. Nach dem Abitur widmete er sich für einige Jahre dem Studium der Politikwissenschaften.
Während dieser Zeit spielte er für mehrere Jahre in einer Band und entwickelte eine Leidenschaft für Wintersport und Reisen. Auf der Suche nach dem Sinn des Lebens verfiel er zwischenzeitlich in eine tiefe Depression und entschied sich schließlich dazu einen Therapeuten aufzusuchen. Während dieser Intervention entdeckte er neue Perspektiven und entwickelte daraus seinen eigenen Lebensentwurf.
