In the collection of short stories entitled From Donkeys Mouth, the author assumes the name of Juggernaut to share his travel experiences on the Big Island, Hawaii, and living in India, Caribbean and the United States. In some stories, as a bystander looking at the events, Juggernaut discusses issues with a view that world is what it is with changes hard to come.
A propos de l’auteur
Subba Rao was born in 1948 in Visakhapatnam, India. Received Ph.D., in Agricultural Sciences from the University of the West Indies in Trinidad and later worked in Jamaica before immigrated to the United States. He attributes his keen observation to his mother and storytelling skills to his father. Rao considers V.S. Naipaul, a Trinidad born writer as an inspiration to write. The author published his first collection of short stories entitled Curry Goat and Calypso, in 2012. Rao lives with his wife Radha and daughter Samantha with two dogs Missy and Raja in Sioux City, Iowa.
