Graphic Novelist Mike Dubisch has been a staple of horror comics since the Eighties, when he entered the field in his mid teens. His premier graphic novel Weirdling combined space sci-fi and gothic horror. His next project, the fully painted masterpiece The Wet Nurse became a taboo breaking, mind expanding legend of weird fiction.His latest project, The Crypt Kid was born out of two thoughts- The first that Ghouls, creatures who feed on rotted flesh, wouldn’t be a danger to living humans, and the second was how to make a monster into a hero.
