What do justice, peace, happiness and the formation of values have in common? This volume answers the above question in an interdisciplinary manner. These women authors examine the learning processes behind righteous judgements, deal with projects on peace-building through conflict consultation, also analysing school curricula aimed at promoting contentment and happiness. Additionally, the authors illustrate the relevance of the value formation within a subject-specific curriculum and pursue a historically and systematically based way of thinking about the development of justice, peace and happiness. The authors have backgrounds in the educational sciences, philosophy and theologies or are professional educators and didactic teachers.
