HEATHER THOMAS is a food writer,  editor and author of several best-selling cookery books, including The New Vegetarian Cookbook with the Vegetarian Society. Her latest book (published in January 2015 by Pavilion is Quick & Easy Low Calorie Cookbook, featuring 100, 200 and 300kcals recipes, which takes the guesswork and arithmetic out of calorie counting. She has also written books on nutrition, diet, pregnancy, health and fitness. She has worked with many top chefs, slimming companies (Weight Watchers, Slimming World and Rosemary Conley Diet Clubs) and women’s health organizations and charities, and has contributed to health and food magazines in the UK and the United States where she used to live. She now splits her time between London and Athens.
