In chapter two, Sanmuga Nathan, Ph D presents a description of innovative coaching model termed known as the non-linear pedagogy coaching for understanding. In chapter three, Zuzana Birknerova, Miroslav Frankovsky, Lucia Zbihlejova, and Martin Birkner verify a new, original methodology known as AC – Assessment of Coaching – to identify differences within it. In chapter four, Prof. Dr. Ingo Zimmermann positions coaching as a distinct profession with a stand-alone approach within the sciences. Finally, David Clutterbuck closes out the final chapter by exploring some of the main challenges emerging within coaching.
